Profile of the team / individual:
- Has the confidence to build rapport with guests and comfortable in a very social environment
- Fresh & relaxed at any time – late nights, early mornings
- Understands and has the ability to execute the La Tasca standards
- Ability to make welcome our guests, communicate our menu whilst recommending favourite Tapas dishes.
- No previous experience is necessary to join us as a Team Member, although you must be over 18 years of age. Otherwise, you must have an outgoing personality, the ability to co-operate well within a team, to work hard and to enjoy yourself as you do so.
- We’ll provide thorough restaurant training including with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing law training. Personal development opportunities are of a high focus within La Tasca.
